Privacy notice
Data we handle
The public research site can be read without an account. The VPS workspace stores an account email, password hash, sessions, watchlists, private notes, read state, security records and limited product-use events. We do not store plaintext passwords or payment-card details.
Why we use it
We use this data to provide the workspace, secure accounts, deliver requested alerts, measure whether the product is useful and maintain an auditable research service. We do not sell personal data or use private notes to train models.
Storage and retention
Production data is stored on controlled infrastructure and encrypted backups. Sessions, reset tokens and operational logs expire or are removed according to their purpose; account and research data is retained while the account is active and as needed for security, legal and audit obligations.
Your choices
You may stop email alerts, request access, correction or deletion, and report a privacy or security concern by emailing [email protected]. Identity verification may be required before an account request is fulfilled.
Research sources
Public-company filings and source excerpts remain governed by their source institutions. SEC13D is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Usage analytics
Public pages use Google Analytics (G-LTFPW4VS8G) to understand page usage. We do not intentionally send account email addresses, private notes or password reset tokens to analytics. Account, admin and API pages are excluded from page-view tracking.
